Tax Preparation Services - We provide year-round, high quality and responsive professional service at a fair and reasonable price. Our charges are based upon the complexity of your tax return. We will check your tax documents FREE of charge with no obligations to be able to provide a correct estimate of fees. The minimum fee for the individual tax return is $100.00. Our average fees in 2011 was around $250.00-300.00. We will meet or beat the national firms' fee quotes! Unlike many tax professionals, your tax preparation fee includes a number of items without any additional charge:
Tax Problem Resolution - Charges are based on an hourly rate plus expenses subject to a minimum fee. Please e-mail us for a specific quote based on the facts related to your specific situation. Business Services - Charges are made on a Fixed Fee basis; please e-mail us for a quote. Audit Insurance Service is based on a sliding scale percentage of your tax preparation fee starting as low as 20%.
Standard mobile service hours are from 8am to 9pm.For an additional fee our overnight service hours are from 9:01pm to 7:59am.
Basic fees reflect services to start within 15 minutes of requested arrival time. Waiting period beyond 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time will result in an additional fee.
The two most common forms utilized for notarizations are Acknowledgments and Jurats.
Discounts & Packaged Rates
Special discounted fees are available for recurring clients and non-profit organizations. Written proof of non-profit status (a 501C-3) may be required for non-profit clients. Invoice billing is available to established business clients. Please contact us for information about these programs.
Existing Tax Clients
We waive the travel fee up to $25 for our existing tax & accounting clients as a courtesy. Please contact us for an appointment.
